Watercolour painting by J D Dott (nee Gray) of "Garden at Ravenslea", nr Mussleburgh, East Lothian.  Signature bottom left.  Garden in foreground with hedge and buildings behind.  Coast and sea back right.  Narrow gold coloured wooden mount behind glass.  Wide wood/plaster gold coloured frame, with narrow decorative strip round glass, portions missing.  Black paper backing, slightly torn, with actual painting proud, and rusty pin nails protruding through. Two small screw rings with string attached for hanging.  Three adhesive labels: "Dott Edinburgh"; "Experienced Picture Liners, Aitken Dott Son, May 1842, Carvers & Gilders, 26 So. Castle St. Edinburgh" and handwritten "Mr J O Dott, Spring Gardens, Abbeyhill,  I Cheque £4.4s" (4 guineas).  Also chalked figures "115".  Several small drilled holes
