This photograph shows the North Berwick Troop of Boy Scouts during the town's celebrations for the coronation of King George VI in 1937.

This is a black and white photograph on paper. The subject is a band of uniformed Boy Scouts cycling round a street corner, waved on by others at the roadside. The street is decorated with an arch and bunting.

As part of festivities surrounding the proclamation at North Berwick of King George VI's coronation, the streets were decorated and local organisations paraded in uniform.
